How to claim land
Use the Xaero minimap to select chunks, claim them and share a home with trusted friends.
Open the minimap
Press M to open the Xaero world map. Zoom and move around until you can see the chunks where you want to build.
Claim selected chunks
- Select the chunks you want.Right-click and hold, then drag across the chunks on the map. The selected area will be highlighted.
- Right-click the selected area.The menu opens for the chosen chunks.
- Choose “Claim Selected.”That selected area is now your claim. Other players cannot build there unless you trust them.
Trust a friend
To let someone build in your claim, use /trust username. Replace username with their Minecraft name. Only trust people you actually want rearranging your furniture.

To give land back, select the claimed chunks on the Xaero map in exactly the same way: right-click and hold over the chunks, then right-click the selection. This time choose Unclaim Selected.
